Product Description
The LP series is a complete range for the beer industry. The modular design uses a touch panel as the operator interface and internal data storage. Data can also be exported via wifi or Ethernet as well as directly to the cloud.
Measurement parameters such as Alcohol, Plato, OG, SG, Kcal as well as Brix, CO2, O2 can be measured and modules can be added to the system at the time of order or can be upgraded at a later stage.
The analysers can be used to sample directly from the line or tank but are also flexible enough to be used as a laboratory benchtop system in the central lab or an at-line system for line based QA requirements.
2 types of sampler are available, the first to take a sample of degassed beer for Alcohol analysis via a beaker. This uses a peristaltic pump to present the sample to the analyser.
A semi-automatic sampler is also available to sample from containers under pressure and can sample from any kind of container including Glass, PET and Cans. Operation is easy and does not require skilled technicians. The system is designed with minimal maintenance which takes place during the recommended annual validation which keeps the analyser calibration in line with traceable standards.
