Collaboration in the Project

A reason to change
Having used a competitive system for several years the client was motivated to look at alternatives due to the rising cost of the existing systems consumables as well as it being a dated technology. JWII and Sure Purity offered a competitive alternative with an updated housing technology that had the added benefit of an annual cartridge replacement rather than the existing bi-annual, so an added OPEX benefit.
Implementation Process and Outcome
Phase One: This client Installed Sure Purity’s cartridges into their existing Parker domnick hunter Mplus 6000 filter housing with a Sure Purity retrofit kit. This phase lasted six months, with them reporting satisfaction with the performance.
Phase Two: Encouraged by the success of the first phase, they replaced the old system with the new Carboguard CG-06. The installation was completed in a day, and the client was very pleased with the new system.
The successful implementation led to this leading beverage producer recommending the adoption of the Carboguard system across other plants within the group and also lead to a wider approval for the Sure Purity system across the Asia Pacific region. This approval is based on test results from a 3rd party laboratory showcasing the effectiveness and reliability of the product over a 12 month period.
